Is financial assistance available?

We don’t want finances to be a barrier for anyone who wants to come to Middle School Camp. Scholarships are available based on need and availability. For more information on how to apply, email tlemmel@tpcc.org.

You can include all food allergies and dietary restrictions on the camper registration form. Accommodations for food allergies will be made during all mealtimes.

Absolutely, but there are a few things to know: we ask campers to leave their phones in their cabins during activities, sessions, and group times, and all phones must be turned off and turned into their leader at lights out. We do this to help reduce distractions and help campers get good sleep every night.

During the week, campers will be in groups where they can hang out and talk about what they’re learning. Groups have anywhere from six to twelve students and are led by leaders who have gone through Traders Point Youth’s onboarding process, which includes a background check, staff interview, orientation, and training. There will be approximately one adult for every four students on the trip.

Kids will stay in cabins at SpringHill that house 10–16 people. All cabins are air-conditioned, and bathrooms are nearby! All housing will consist of individuals of the same biological sex.

We want every student to be able to attend camp and understand that late arrivals and early pickups might be necessary. Due to the number of participants, late arrivals are only allowed through 9 p.m. on June 3, and early departures are permitted from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. on June 6.

We will take charter buses (with bathrooms) to and from Middle School Camp. Buses will depart from and return to Traders Point Christian Church Northwest. Country Lake is approximately two hours away.

All allergies and medical conditions should be submitted during camper registration. Accommodations for food allergies will be made during all mealtimes.

Medical volunteers will be on-site to administer any medication. Please note that all medications are collected at camp drop-off. Our Safety Team will take care of receiving them and administering them throughout camp. No over-the-counter medications should be in campers' luggage, and medications should be brought in their original container.

We’ll know more specifics as we get closer to the event, but somewhere between mid-morning and lunchtime.
